ABOUT US

Rob has been in corporate IT sales for 23 years.  Currently on the board of directors for Inspire & Achieve, Rob has been involved in planning and organizing local charity events for over 8 years in addition to having served on several corporate event planning boards.  He is a dedicated husband, father of two and spends many Saturdays coaching local youth in both football and basketball.

A native Californian, Horacio has a strong passion for spending time with his family and friends, professional and collegiate athletics, and sampling craft beers.  Horacio has been involved in coordinating fundraising events in our Seville community for over 8 years and has served on the Seville Golf and Country Club’s Board of Directors as the Sports Chair.  He is married to his high school sweetheart, Martha Macias, and has a teenage son named Aiden.

Rob is a native of Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with his BS in Marketing. Rob and his wife Lori have lived in Gilbert for the last 16 years with their daughters Nicole and Natalie.  Rob has spent the last 20 years working in financial services helping support local businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Martha moved to Arizona from California in 2005 with her husband Horacio Guerra and her son Aiden.  She has supported junior high and elementary youth for the last 10 years while working for the school district.  Martha enjoys life, traveling, and spending time with her family.  She has been involved with Seville community events for over 5 years and is an integral part of our sponsorship acquisition team.  She currently sits in the sports committee for Seville Golf & Country Club.
